Inconsistent Maintenance Hampers Stay

non-functional lifts early morning housekeeping

The lifts were a major issue . Only one of the three lifts to the reception on level five was working. The situation worsened with the lifts to the rooms, again only one operational. The room had cleanliness issues too. I found hairs and food crumbs between the sheets. The housekeeping entered my room at 8 AM without announcing themselves properly. This occurred despite not being informed about the need for a 'Do not disturb' sign at check-in.

Excellent Stay with a Wonderful View

easy access amazing view comfortable room

The location provided easy access to many subway lines. The room offered a amazing view. It was amazing to see it by night with the lights on. The room was comfortable and spacious. It was ideal for a restful night.

The elevators experienced considerable delays. It took a long time to get to the lobby during peak hours.

The room had good natural light. It was well-kept. The room included a safe and a hairdryer. The provided ironing board was very useful for maintaining a pressed appearance.

The staff was attentive. They changed our room to allow us a city view. This happened halfway through our stay. It was a lovely accommodation to our request which was appreciated.

mixed feelings about this place

slow elevator unhelpful staff

the room was cool and had a great view.

The elevators were a problem. i had to use the service elevator because the others were not working. It was slow. also, the front desk staff was not helpful. they seemed annoyed, and i didn't appreciate that.
